CPJ College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Narela, Delhi, under the aegis of CPJ Group of Institutions, inaugurated its **Legal Aid Clinic** today in collaboration with the **District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi**, marking a significant step towards strengthening access to justice and promoting legal awareness.

The Legal Aid Clinic was formally inaugurated by **Shri Prem Kumar Barthwal**, *Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North District, and Chairperson, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), North, Rohini Courts*. The programme was graced by the august presence of **Shri Rajeev Bansal**, *Learned Member Secretary, Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA)*.

Other distinguished dignitaries present on the occasion included **Shri Abhinav Pandey**, *Additional Secretary, DSLSA*; **Ms. Tanvi Khurana**, *Special Secretary, DSLSA*; **Ms. Bharti Garg**, *Secretary (Litigation), DSLSA*; **Ms. Swati Bhardwaj**, *Secretary (Legal Aid), DSLSA*; and **Shri Rishabh Tanwar**, *Secretary, DLSA North*.

The event was presided over by the college management, led by **Dr. Abhishek Jain**, *General Secretary, CPJ Group of Institutions*, along with senior faculty members and administrators of the institution.

Addressing the gathering, **Shri Prem Kumar Barthwal** emphasized the crucial role of legal aid clinics in ensuring justice for the underprivileged and fostering legal literacy among students and the community. **Shri Rajeev Bansal** highlighted the importance of institutional collaboration in advancing the constitutional mandate of access to justice and encouraged students to actively engage in legal aid and awareness initiatives.

The programme also featured **cultural performances by students** and **legal awareness acts**, reflecting the students’ commitment to social justice and community engagement.

The event concluded with a **vote of thanks proposed by Shri Rishabh Tanwar**, *Secretary, DLSA North*, who appreciated the efforts of the college, dignitaries, faculty, and students in making the inauguration a meaningful and successful initiative
